• The Real Search interior design and furnishing consultants arranged for the full furnishing and decoration of the common areas and facilities. The furnishing services are also provided to individual units as per request.
• Providing a well-trained reception and concierge staff to address the requests of the tenants and visitors.
• Addressing inquiries and requests received from owners and tenants
• Preparation of all the documentation, formalities and budgeting related to the formation of the Homeowners’ Association.
• Handling all Homeowner’s Association Management Services including administrative, financial and secretarial management functions, organizing the general assembly, liasing with the elected board, the developer and the governmental authorities and maintaining a smooth transition to the owners.
